Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for an Operations Officer ll for a 6 month contract in Toronto! If you have advanced MS Excel knowledge and have excellent data entry skills this could be the role for you!

Pay Rate: $17.34/ hour

Shift Hours: 9am- 5pm Mon-Fri

As an Operations Officer ll your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Process transactions following industry regulations and operating practices
- Complete investigations and escalate issues when necessary
- Prepare and complete documentation so that it accurately reflects client/ business intentions
- Ensure all information is uploaded in a timely and accurate manner
- Adapt to a fast paced work environment

Must haves:
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Advanced excel
- 5/5 communication skills
- Excellent typing and data entry (speed and accuracy)
- Post secondary education
- 2 years call center experience
- Organized and attention to detail
- Team player
- Time management skills

Nice to have
- Advanced excel (VBA, macros)
- Brokerage/ securities// financial industry exp and keen interest in this field
- ISM experience
