Role description:
The Operational Service Readiness (OSR) team is a central role in transitioning projects to I&T/OT Operations. The transition is a key factor in project delivery (from gate ZERO to finish) to ensure that the services and systems delivered are effectively supported and maintained (including future evolution).

Summary of tasks:
As the Lead of the OSR team, you will be accountable to ensure the many projects your team is responsible for are smoothly transitioned to I&T/OT operation teams (RUN team).


• Be the subject matter expert in technology and infrastructure (holistic integration)
• Analyze the requirements and determine readiness to move project/product/service into operations.
• Lead, inform and guide project managers to understand and adhere to the OSR processes, templates and documentation
• Lead committee meetings for receiving operations groups and ensure sign-off for implementation
• Govern workshops, meetings, etc. to help the project managers deliver all Operational requirements
• Govern deliverables produced between projects and Operation teams (“RUN” team)
• Accountable to highlight the project’s interdependencies with other teams outside of RUN and addressed in the project plans if applicable
• Compile metrics on OSR project’s status
• Correct transition acceptance criteria gaps within project
• Accountable for the continuous improvement opportunities within the scope of the OSR team & function

Mandatory skills:
• 5 to 7 years of I&T experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in I&T operation (service delivery, service support)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management in a technology-focused environment (project manager, PCO, dev coordinator, etc.) ITIL
• Strong ability in artefacts review and analysis
• Strong analytics and communication skills
• Knowledge of corporate organization structure: operational environments & processes
• Prince 2
