One of our clients specializing in Building construction and materials located in the Nepean area is looking for a highly qualified and competent Order Desk Representative

Salary is at 18-19/hr This is a permanent role
Start date: ASAP

Operational hours are between: 6:30am – 5pm Monday – Friday, (your shift can fall in between those hours) total work of 43 hours a week.

Job Description:

- Provide customer service via email and over the phone, answering questions based on upcoming projects and building material products
- Taking Orders from vendors and commercial installers and business owners
- Working as a parts counter clerk for their store, attending to walk in customers and answering questions on pricing, product availability and details of their services
- Inventory and storage, some lifting may be needed
- Administration follow ups and updates
- Assisting the Outside Sales representative


- Extensive Customer service skills, good understanding of client requirements
- Understanding and interest in Building materials and construction, interest in Renovations, construction and building will be a great asset
- Knowledge and comfort level in SAP and other computer applications is an asset
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
