Do you come from experience in order entry and customer service? Are you looking for a teamwork environment that fosters growth? Then we would love to chat with you! The order entry role will require you to work with other departments and enter information into the system. This role will require a high level of attention to detail and excellent phone etiquette.
If you are selected for this opportunity then you will begin your role with the organization on September 10th! That is why we would love to meet you now.

What will you do?
- Answer phones and work with clients on entering orders into the system. These orders will also be sent through email and fax.
- Work with other departments to confirm delivery times
- Add memos to accounts in the system
- Matching PO’s and invoices in order to ensure that everything is correct.
- Enter pricing information into the system
- Welcome visitors as they arrive
- Clerical work such as filing, booking courier pickups and general administration.

- Permanent opportunity Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
- 2 weeks’ vacation offered from the start- accrued

- Annual Salary of $42,000-$47,000

- Strong communication skills is required for this role
- Ability to work well with others
- Must have a strong level of organization skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in order entry and customer service
- A high level of professionalism
