Currently we are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years’ experience working in Order Entry and Customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and accurate. You will enter credit information into the ERP system while making sure that customer inquiries are resolved over the phone and emails.

Responsibility

- Relay product information over the phone to customers
- Walk clients through application of product over the phone and through email
- Enter Purchase Orders into the Oracle software
- Complete related administrative paperwork
- Communicate with other departments in order to ensure a smooth customer service experience is being provided.

Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Handling external and internal communications with both the internal team and customers regarding products
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is required.
- Ability to work well with others
- Clear written and oral communication
- Experience entering Credit Memos, Purchase Orders and Invoices into the system.
