Are you an HR Generalist with previous Organizational Development experience? Have you managed Change Management initiatives for large organizations? If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for an HR Generalist with in depth Organization Development experience to work a 4 month assignment in our clients North York office. Being one for of the worlds largest Accounting firms, this assignment presents an opportunity to apply your skills in a large corporate environment, and will pay you a competitive rate between $50 and $64 per hour based on experience.

As an Organizational Development Analyst, your main responsibilities will be to help the company with the following initiatives:
• Linking HR with Corporate Communications
• Assisting with gap assessments
• Assisting with both Talent ID and Skills assessment work
• Assisting with development and roll out of transition plans including working with change on the support needed
• People mapping
• Data analytics
• Facilitating sessions with leaders
• Reviewing job profiles
• Create job postings
• Transition planning
• Exit plans

• Gain experience working for a global accounting firm (one of the big 4)
• Work full time hours on a 4 month assignment
• Earn a competitive rate between $50 and 64 per hour (based on qualifications
• Work in North York

• 5+ years of HR Generalist Experience with a focus in Organizational Development
• Experience designing various organizational inititives
• Excellent communications and relationship management experience
• Ability to create strong partnerships with various levels of organization, including management
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience with IBM Kenexa an Asset
• Previous Change Management Experience an Asset
