Attention all Customer Service Representatives (CSR) candidates in North York!

Randstad is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support a campaign in a call center capacity.

Start Date: September 12th

Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday and Sunday
12 PM - 11 PM

Pay Rate: $16/hour (English only)

This is an environment where you can strive as a customer service rep! A variety of opportunities to explore will allow you to have fun at work but also develop your CSR skills!

Job description includes:
- Speak clear & concise to inform & resolve based on logical thinking
- Deliver top customer service levels
- Aim for 1st call resolution on all calls
- Outbound call backs to Students

Qualifications
- Any Call Center/customer service experience
- Able to navigate web apps, computer savvy is an asset
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Clear and confident communication
