Randstad Staffing, Canada's largest placement agency, is currently seeking candidates to fill multiple immediate overnight positions for English Customer Service Representatives in a contact center in St. James.

We have partnered with one of Winnipeg's fastest growing companies and are seeking English speaking candidates to fill multiple permanent opportunities. If this position sounds of interest to you, then Randstad wants to hear from you!

You must be available Monday through Sunday between the hours of 9:00 pm - 9:00 am to be considered for this role.

In this role, you will provide our client with direct feedback from their clients and customers. By directly communicating with the end customers, you will address inquiries, concerns and general feedback to increase customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries, concerns and receive feedback
• Thoroughly document all customer communication
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications
When contacted, you will be asked for your availability Monday through Sunday between the hours of 9:00 pm - 9:00 am. This is due to flexibility in scheduling and those candidates with the best availability are more likely to be chosen for an interview.

You will only be scheduled for 5 days a week for 6-8.5 hours a day within your availability. This is due to shifts varying in times.

*Most training classes will take place during day time hours*

• Must have a strong command of the English language
• Committed to providing exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail
• Accurate and timely documenting of client/customer communication
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
