Are you looking to work in the Hamilton region? Do you come with Bookkeeper experience? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking someone for a part time Maternity leave contract. This contract will extend to March, 2019. There is a possibility for the role to be extended beyond that.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable functions such as scanning, processing and entering Payables by location and Currency Batches
- Visa Reconciliations through downloading statements from online sources and updating reports
- Scan all receipts to network
- Save the spreadsheet document to upload to Jonas.
- Updating reports in the system for company vehicle reports
- Miscellaneous office duties.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in Bookkeeping
- Ability to work well with others
- Experience using Excel
