Have previous customer service experience? Do you enjoy connecting with customers and building positive relationships? We are interested in speaking to you! We are currently looking for Client Service Representatives to support our banking client for a 3 month contract in Markham. You will supportthe Personal Banking department earning a competitive pay rate of $16.63/hr.

Pay: 16.63/hour
Shifts:Min 22.5 hours/week up to full time 37.5 hours or more may be required.
shift: rotation
8 to 4
9 to 5
11 to 7
1 to 9
(rotation within must be flexible)

Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound calls from existing clients
- Solving customer issues
- Connecting with customers to provide exemplary service
- Maintaing strong product knowledge in order to recommend beneficial products to customers
- Meeting performance targets

-Work for a leading bank in Canada
-Work a 3 month contract with the intent of extension
-Earn a competitive pay rate of $16.63/hr

-1 year of customer service skills
-Ability to handle a high volume environment
-Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
