A well known distributor of tools and equipment in the St. Laurent Area is looking for a part time customer service representative to assist in dealing with their clients face to face or over the phone. The chosen candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced multi- faceted environment and is able to work in a team based setting


Start: ASAP


Hours of work: 10:30am – 4pm (high possibility of staying until 4:30 if needed); Monday to Friday


Hourly Rate: 16 – 18/hr


Qualifications:
- Very good communication skills, able to converse effectively with customers both face to face and over the phone
- Advance computer knowledge, ability to use MS Office applications – word, excel and outlook
- Comfortable using various databases
- Ability to work in a multi faceted environment, willing to learn and flexible in accommodating new tasks
- Able to work with a tight knit team. Effective in an environment that encourages team work and team effectiveness.
- Has worked in an industrial setting
