Do you like to stay busy? Are you a multi-tasker who loves to help where you're needed? We are looking for a dynamic individual for busy parts and service desk in Delta.

If you have worked in an electrical or wiring service desk, parts retailer or other mechanical parts/service environment, this may be the perfect fit for you!

The Parts Service Coordinator will divide their time between responding to customer requests and inquiries, parts research, purchase, delivery and seasonal activities (e.g annual counts). The Parts Service Coordinator will keep an eye on inventory for accuracy and adequate stock, maximizing our sales and order time. Computer skills will benefit you greatly as you navigate a variety of vendor ordering systems to achieve your goals. The administrative portion of your tasks such as entering orders and purchase orders will require you to be highly detail oriented.

As a Parts Service Coordinator, you will be expected to:

• Deliver top-notch Customer Service
• Complete Order entry and Data entry activities
• Take care of Parts Management / Inventory control
• Call distributors for part inquires
• Accept and processing payments
• Multitask between administrative tasks and inventory room

Qualifications
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
•Demonstrate strong computer and keyboarding skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, Intranet, Customer Portals), 60 WPM
•You are sociable with all types of personalities
•You cannot be afraid to get your hands dirty, must be able to lift up to 40lbs
•Great organizational and multi-tasking skills. You can "go with the flow", and are a team player
•Must have a valid Drivers Licence as you may be required to deliver parts from time to time
•Experienced in using Warehouse Management Systems
•Flexible to work 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.
