Payroll Coordinator
Ottawa, ON
$20/h - $25/h

Do you have a minimum of 3 years of payroll experience and would enjoy working for a not for profit organization?
If so, we want to hear from you!

Main responsibilities:

- Process all payments and responsible to analyse the data to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all payroll financial transactions
- Identify, investigate and offers expert knowledge if required for payroll rejections, high earnings and special payments in a timely fashion to ensure over and under payments are dealt with and stop payments are processed before the bank deposits
- Maintain Payroll Accounting pay period and off-cycle files ensuring all documentation is in order and accurate for audit purpose
- Maintain deductions, remittances, and entries surrounding such items as Corporate Card, Relocation, Group RRSP, Education Taxable Benefits, etc.

- Minimum 3yrs dedicated payroll experience, 5yrs if do not have designations
- PCP and or CPM certification (an asset)
- Proficiency with SAP (an asset)
- Canadian Payroll Experience
