Are you looking for an opportunity to hone your payroll skills? Do you have experience using JD Edwards software for payroll processing? Do you have a minimum of 4 years of payroll experience? If you answered yes to these questions, we have an opportunity for you! Randstad is working with an established construction company who is looking to add to their payroll department located in North Etobicoke, please see a list of duties below:

• Conduct accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly multi-provincial payrolls for 2,000+ employees
Assist in preparation of remittances, payroll reporting, and processing all records of employment
• Process payout requests, adjustments, deductions, and garnishments as necessary
• Processing all paperwork for new hires, terminations, and ROEs
• Assist in preparing year-end payroll close out procedures including employee T4 and T2200 forms
• Track vacation and process year-end vacation reconciliation
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

• Previous experience in Construction industry (an asset)
• Minimum of three (3) years in payroll administration with union experience
• Time and attendance experience (Synerion, Kronos, Timecards)
• Thorough knowledge of payroll process including records of employment, CRA legislation, collective agreements, and garnishments
• Successful completion of post-secondary education
• Must have experience with JD Edwards
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Intermediate level of Excel proficiency
• In process or completed PCP certification
