Salary: depending on experience

Location: Old Montreal
Schedule: 37.5 hourly week
Contract: 4-12 weeks

• Responsible for preparing and processing all aspects of the Canadian payroll function for 600-700 employees bi-monthly;
• Payroll for managers and unionized employees
• Manage all aspects of Payroll; government remittances, DAS, balancing, etc;


• Minimum of five years of payroll experience
• Canadian Payroll Association certification is preferred
• Strong Payroll Accounting skills mainly in G/L reconciliation process
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written English
• Strong ability to maintain confidentiality; possesses diplomacy and tact
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite of software, particularly Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
