We are currently looking for 5 travel agents to make seat reservation and provide the best customer service!

We are looking for dynamic, bilingual people with a strong interest in the travel field.

Your tasks will entail:

• Taking incoming calls to make travel reservations.
• Answering questions regarding bookings, purchased products and activities.
• Processing travel arrangements with combination of money and points.
• Entering all the necessary notes into the customer’s file.
• Following up with customers when necessary.
• Other tasks and projects if necessary

Position: Travel agent
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: 16.41$/hours after training + bonus based on performance (monthly contest)

Must be available Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 24:00 pm and saturday from 8:00 to 8:00pm and Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00

Qualifications
• Fully Bilingual (French / English) oral and written
• Experience in the travel industry
• Good knowledge of geography and airports codes
• Have the customer service experience
