Our public sector client is looking for 2 PHP developers who have experience with Wordpress Content Management Systems

Technical Skills:

• Experience working with PHP development and the WordPress CMS: developing plugins, working with custom themes, post types, WP_Query and Keyword Searching and User Experience.

• Experience with front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React.js, Bootstrap.js

• Experience with back-end-end technologies, including MySQL, MongoDB.

• Experience with WordPress REST API (AJAX) and formats, including JSON, XML.

• Designed build WordPress website, layouts and content.

• Utilized Wordpress themes and plug-ins, worked with code to create them. Managed display and layout of a page.

• Maintain and Administer WordPress functionality and elements to WordPress pages.

• Monitored WordPress web applications to make sure they are online, working correctly. Responded to error codes and troubleshoot problems.

• Created and modified appearance and styles

• Designed pages, landing pages and email templates (WordPress).

• Experience customizing and developing Wordpress Plugins like WooCommerce, JS Support Ticketing system .

• Experience with version control tools such as Git or Subversion

• Demonstrated experience in various tools and technologies, including Visual Studio,Web Services, and SQL Server.

General Skills :
• Experience with technology solutions and development methodologies

• Experience in analyzing and designing changes to existing web-based software solutions

• Complete knowledge of SDLC methodologies, e.g. Agile development

• Experience in RDBMS design concepts

• Complete knowledge of Content Management systems (open source)

Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal: clear and concise. Able to communicate concepts and details to clients, development team
and testing team

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills
