Are you a motivated Plant Manager with a passion for mentoring? Are you in the manufacturing industry? This role is for you! We are looking for a Plant Manager to join the team in Burlington.

As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:

-Actively developing a culture of safety
-Lead and support safety initiatives
-Develop plans to reduce waste through the implementation of lean/six sigma concepts
-Work closely with the Quality and Process Engineering team to ensure the use of value stream mapping, 5S, poke yokes, etc.

As a qualified Production Manager, you meet the following requirements:

-BS/BA degree required , preferably an engineering or manufacturing technology degree
-Five (5)+ years of operation experience, preferably complex assembly manufacturing environment
-Two (2)+ years experience of plant, materials or manufacturing engineering management
-Strong lean/Six Sigma experience-Black Belt a plus!
-Ability to travel
-Valid driver's license required
