Job Description
You will be responsible for equipment maintenance safely operating machinery, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems equipment. Work with other maintenance personnel to complete emergency and non-emergency repairs. Inspects motors and belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, and performs other maintenance actions while following maintenance procedures.
• Preform boiler chemical testing keep logs and make adjustments.
• Performs safety checks on boilers and make repairs
• analyze meter readings of gas, electric, water in logs and preform maintenance if necessary
• Performs electrical work procedures in accordance with NFPA 70E.
• collect, analyze, and summarize information and compile repots

Requited Skills
• Equipment Maintenance Knowledge – minimum of 5 years work experience repairing Industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics required.
• PLC experience
• Strong electrical knowledge and experience
• Ability to read and understand maintenance literature printed in English required.
• Basic Microsoft office skills required.
• Lockout/Tagout experience preferred.
• Mechanical experience preferred.
• Pneumatics & Hydraulics preferred.
• Electrical experience/NFPA 70E preferred.
• Building maintenance
• Pumps & Piping experience
• Computerized Maintenance Management System preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Boiler knowledge preferred.
• Personal Development
• Welding experience including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing considered an asset
