This is a great opportunity for a President position in a Mold manufacturing company.

If you have over 10 years in a Senior leadership role in custom metal manufacturing, ideally plastic injection mold this could be your chance.

Running the business with just over 40 employees in low volume high mix manufacturing environment, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

Management of the overall business including sales, operation and production
Identify and implement operational improvements/efficiencies
Identify areas to increase business - Develop current and new product offerings
Recruit, onboard, and actively support the development, training and performance of the team
Responsible for overall company Profit and Loss
Build and present annual budgets to key decision-makers

What do you bring to the role?
10+ years in a custom metal manufacturing leadership role ( i.e General Manager, Plant Manager, Director of operations etc.)
Understanding of Financial Statements
Strong leadership skills
Entrepreneurial in nature
