what you will be doing

• support to the procurement department
• ordering materials from suppliers
• preparing quotes and pricing for customers
• supporting the team on various projects and tasks
• confirming shipping details and following up on shipments
• other administrative duties as needed

do you have the right qualifications?

• exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• exceptional analytical, cognitive, mathematical, and software skills
• 1-2 years of administrative/purchasing/procurement experience
• ability to learn and become a subject matter expert
• experience in the construction industry considered an asset
• intermediate-advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google platforms
• ability to self motivate and thrive within an busy, fast-paced environment
• vehicle access is preferred
