We are looking for a strong, creative and versatile Product Content Writer

Job Duties:
-Contribute to the overall evolution of product documentation
-Develop content flow and mapping strategies that enable efficient delivery of quality information to customers.
-Create, update, publish and maintain product documentation, including:product overviews, user guides, FAQs, online help, process maps and training documentation, while adhering to design, development, and writing standards, and delivering high-quality product by specified dates
-Write, edit and properly position white papers, presentations, think pieces and other content for a variety of internal and external audiences
-Organize and maintain an online document repository
-Work cross-functionally with product, engineers, business and operations

You have a holistic understanding of how voice and tone are essential to product communications and product perception overall. You have an acute knack for copy, are a speedy writer, a meticulous editor, and adept in helping to develop brand voice throughout product and content. You are a jack-of-all-trades writer and love jumping in on just about any new feature, product, or content task. You are an upbeat, tireless champion for the customer and their wants, needs, and challenges. You have a passion for and experience specific to banking/payments/digital community and follow the evolution of digital content writing.

Qualifications
-Experience in content strategy, product and brand
-1 year of experience in Job Duties listed above
-Bachelor’s in Communication/Arts/Business, related degree, or equivalent experience

-Strong interest in working with emerging technologies
-Flexible, and able to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and ensure completion
