Randstad now has an exciting new opening with a leading medical device design company, as a temporary (Has the possibility to become permanent for the right person) Product Development Administrator.
Randstad is looking for an individual with minimum 3 years experience in an administrative or support role, and has strong Microsoft Office suite skills. (Word, Excel, Outlook). Also, the ability to have fun and be yourself.

Other qualifications include:

- Experience working in a fast paced, technical, medical and/or product development environment considered an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and work in a timely fashion


- Pulling data from multiple sources to add into a template on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Manage the calendar/organize schedule of a group of 6 people
- Organize travel for the members of the team
- Schedule recruitments interviews and following up with candidates
- Organizing meetings
- Complete and maintain logs of important documents
- Act as a communications and HR liaison for the Product Development Department staff
- Prepare departmental reports
- Ensure meeting rooms are organized and equipment running smoothly
