Are you a Senior Marketing professional with experience in the Insurance or Human Capital Management industries? Do you have in-depth experience handling marketing campaign development for various products? Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your skills with a globally recognized organization? We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Leader to support our client, a leading Professional Services firm, in their Downtown Toronto office. In this role you will be responsible for acting as a a strategic and operational marketing partner to the Health and Career business, which encompasses Benefits and HR advice. This includes meeting with the business leaders of each product category to develop marketing strategy and campaigns, as well as overseeing the marketing operations team and their execution of the plan. This will include but not be limited to the following:

• Understanding the value of harnessing, and utilizing the power of multiple channels to create lasting experiences and more demand for our services and solutions.
• Partnering with the sales leader from beginning to end to ensure co-ownership.
• Leading the development of integrated marketing campaigns that build reputation (e.g. PR, Blogs, Events), generate leads (e.g. white papers, webcasts, infographics) and enable sales effectiveness (e.g. insights driven lead generation).
• Developing, maintain, and improve the Health & Career Mercer brand experience and results

• Develop your skills working for a globally recognized and leading Professional Services Firm
• Work full time hours on a 14 month assignment
• Earn a competitive rate of up to $58 per hour
• Downtown Toronto location

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, with a major in marketing, business, technology /digital innovation preferable.
• 10+ years’ experience in digital strategy and content marketing
• Demonstrated skills in B2B digital demand generation, including lead generation and sales support integration
• A proven track record in employing digital technology, channel innovation, and social media to drive B2B lead generation and sales
• Excellent project management skills with strong orientation toward execution and implementation
• Ability to target new channels and develop new markets and to adapt to market and client needs with agility and flexibility
• Ability to engage partnerships, sponsorships and channel activity
• Experience with email marketing is required
• Strong writing and communication skills
• B2C experience an asset
• Independent thinker and implementer who can determine and execute a complex, busy and ever-changing work schedule
• Quick thinker and quick learner, who can multi-task, and pivot quickly
