7 AM - 11 PM (midnight) ROTATING SHIFTS

Bilingual (English + French) - Pay Rate: $16/hour
English only 14$/hour
Job Description:
- Inbound customer service inquiries
- Handling Emails and live chats from exciting and potential customers
- Create a warm, and pleasant experience for clients
- Achieve quality service by assessing & responding to customer needs
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

- Enter and maintain the information in multiple Computer Systems

- Managing Incoming Calls and customer service inquiries
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
-Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
