A leading global manufacturer of HVAC equipment in the North of London is launching a new exciting product into the North American market and therefore looking to bring on a new Product Support Specialist for inside sales.

The Product Support Specialist is a deadline driven, motivated individual, that is committed to combining their technical ability and customer relationship development to support external sales activities.

• Completed College Diploma in Technical Discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
• Electrical and/or Mechanical manufacturing, engineering, technical support experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the HVAC Industry
• Inside sales, vendor management is an asset
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel experience


• Provide technical support to external sales team, product representatives, customers, Engineers, and internal team members
• Read & understand technical project proposals, building plans, electrical schematics, and engineering specifications
• Provide product solutions based-on customer specifications, preparing quotes
• Clearly and accurately communicate project-related technical information to internal/external customers
• Consult with internal engineering team on project-specific requirements Administer customer/project database (CRM)
