Our client, located in GTA, is looking for an analytical Production Planner/Scheduler to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to organize and execute a plan and work well with various people and departments.

Requirements:

- Create accurate forecasts and ensure supply for products are sufficient and fulfilled
- Work with production to ensure client needs are met
- Manage project specifications and timelines
- Work with made to order products and understanding the inventory requirements for such products
- Ability to work with all areas of ERP to utilize the full functionality
- Formulate purchase plans by looking over inventory

Qualifications:

- Post-Secondary Degree required, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of Supply Chain / Production Planning in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Analytical background and experience with planning and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving capabilities and customer service
- APICS (CPIM) or similar certification is strongly preferred
- Proficient in ERP and MS Excel
