Our client is looking for a Senior Production Support Analyst (Futures & OTC Post Trade)

• 4 + years of Support Analyst Experience at an Investment Bank.
• Strong Investment Banking knowledge. Knowledge of the Futures & OTC Client Clearing business is desirable.
• Good middle office/post trade experience system experience
• Be able to demonstrate strong IT technical and analytical skills
• Strong client facing skills
• Good presentation skills
• Aptitude to work with diverse people, time-sensitive and high-pressure trading environment
• Good communication skills. Must be able to interact and work well with traders, operations, vendors, business and other IT teams to accomplish specified goals
• Must be able to work with global teams on global projects
• Must be analytical and have excellent troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to own problems and troubleshoot them to their conclusion
• Should be highly motivated, self-sufficient and have well developed organizational skills
• Pragmatic, whilst remaining focused under frequently changing priorities
• Proactive when handling problems and projects
• Must be able to stand the “heat” of working at a fast pace at times to solve issues in a very demanding environment
• Good multitasking skills
• Good documentation skills.
• Technical competency, including but not limited to:
Unix, Linux, Scripting, Programming (i.e .Java, C++, C-Shell), Database (Sybase, Oracle), SQL, Excel Spreadsheet, VBA,
