Our client in Leduc is looking for a PERMANENT Production Manager to manage their growing manufacturing team. You have the opportunity to work in a culture that prides themselves with a strong history of providing superior quality products to a variety of customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a competitive production schedule while making constant operational change. You are not shy about being on the production floor and getting to know the entire process inside and out. You keep your operations efficient and safe for your team.

•A degree in Operations Management or Business Administration
•10 years of heavy manufacturing supervisory experience
•2-5 years of capital equipment operations manager experience
•Experience working with Engineers in designing and manufacturing custom products
•Experience in a supervisory/manager role with a sizable crew
