As our client’s Program Marketing Specialist for North America, you will be responsible for managing the execution of paid social media marketing programs that generate subscriptions to the software, create strong customer advocacy, and support the adoption of our client technology.

You will also provide regional campaign reporting and analytics that drive actionable next steps and program optimizations to improve overall marketing performance in the United States and Canada.

This is a great opportunity for a modern, omnichannel marketer who can execute and optimize programs to effectively and efficiently generate marketing-influenced pipeline.

The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and modern marketing technique. If you possess strong analytical and technical skills, able to adapt quickly within a large organization and have a natural curiosity to learn new marketing techniques, this role is for you.

The position is based in Montreal, Canada and reports to the North America Territory Sr. Manager.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage the execution of key marketing projects and programs aligned with field, industry and channel marketing requirements in the US and Canada
• Participate in the planning of paid social media campaigns
• Customize the tactical plans for various industry and product initiatives to match local market differences and regional dynamics
• Coordinate and publish regional campaign and program reporting based on KPIs, and provide recommendations for optimizing for efficiency, resource allocation, or revenue
• Ensure that campaign and social media strategies emphasize brand tone and voice, as well as business objectives
• Develop and share insights into the voice of the customer, through monitoring of social media channels

• Bachelors degree
• 1-2 years’ experience in demand generation marketing, with preference to technology brands and digital marketing experience
• Hands-on experience consulting, executing, and optimizing paid social marketing programs
• Knowledge and experience of digital marketing tools and associated analytics including: Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter; with ability to quickly ramp up on and train in other platforms
• A natural curiosity to explore new ways of digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an ability to interpret data to make decisions
• Preferred, but not required: advertising certification with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or any other digital marketing platform.
