Are you an experienced Programming & Controls Specialist with 5-10 years experience? Do you have extensive knowledge of PLC Programming? This role is for you! We are looking for a PLC programmer to join the team in Halton Hills to design and program machinery from start of project to completion.

In this role you would be responsible for:

- Safety is number 1! know how to properly lock out all energy sources
- Design and program machinery from beginning of project to close
- Supervise installation
- Troubleshoot and maintenance on current machinery
- Debug and test machinery

As a qualified candidate, you meet the following requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- Extensive knowledge in PLC Programming (RsLogix 500, 5000), Allan Bradley, Beckhoff, Visual Studios, HMI Software (RsView Studio ME), Office, AutoCAD, Ethernet based communications and networks
- Extensive knowledge of electrical codes/standards
