Randstad Staffing, Canada's #1 Integrated Staffing Firm is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Administrator to join our client.
The Project Administrator is involved in all aspects of dealing with construction support.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Administrator will be responsible for daily coordination and scheduling of building access, tracking design/build progress and submission of billing for completed site builds.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• General administrative and office tasks as required
• Creation of work packages (print/label).
• Create work orders
• Update build schedules – add and remove sites as required
• Coordinate site access with building owners
• Travel bookings and per-diems
• Update all construction and splicing work completed on a daily basis
• Ensure timesheets are completed correctly

Qualifications
• Someone who takes strong initiative
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills dealing with customers and building owners over the phone
• Ability to coordinate effectively with remote field management and technical staff
• Self-disciplined, motivated and organized
• Previous telecommunications experience an asset

• 1-2 years supporting Project Managers in the delivery of construction projects
• Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel) and experience with MS Project or other PM software would be an
asset
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
• Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise

• Valid driver’s license, reasonable driver abstract
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on emergency call outs as required
• Willingness to travel would be beneficial as travel options may arise for future projects
• The successful candidate will be required to pass a criminal record check
