Looking to work for a leading environmental solution provider as a project administrator in Richmond then this might just be the position for you!

As the project administrator you will play an important role in supporting the projects team in managing the flow of information and documents beginning to end. This position would be responsible for the following:

• Data entry & Cost tracking
• Project costing for labour, equipment hours and third party costs
• Assist with project team with entering project visa expenses, scanning receipts and ensuring each expense is accurately reviewed
• Scheduling and planning
• Assist creating a project schedule to show timeline of project
• Work with project estimators and assisting with transferring bids
• Create purchase requisitions for purchase orders and received goods and services
• Manage project documents, drawings and project deliverables
• Distribute project documents for review
• Basic reception duties for the office, inclusive of answering phones, directing calls and taking messages
• Scheduling appointment and coordinating meetings and conference for project managers

• Located in Richmond
• Good compensation- $54,000-$58,000 based on experience

• 3 + years of related experience- an asset if it has been in an engineering, construction or environmental services company
• Able to work with multiple project managers and project coordinators on several projects
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Share Point, and electronic filling would be an asset
• Experience with database input and record management
• Basic accounting knowledge.
