Job Title: Project Controls Coordinator

Job Description: Responsible for reporting, contract administration, and providing technical support to the Project Management team.

• Act as a point of support and assistance for the Project Management team.
• Monitor project milestones, costs and deadlines, Earned Value, and forecasts;
• Gather, analyze, create, and present data reports of internal and external distribution.
• Developing and monitoring costs and resource loaded schedules using MS Projects and Primavera P6
• Support and providing assistance with contract management processes by reviewing and processing invoices, and progress claims.

• Completion of post-secondary education in Construction, Engineering or related discipline
• 2 to 3 years related work experience or combination of relevant education and experience
• Experience with Engineering and Construction
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Oracle Primavera and MS Project including the ability to manipulate data and perform complex functions within

• Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to contribute actively in team activities, sharing experiences and ideas.
