Our client is looking for a Sr. Project Coordinator to join a growing department on contract for 6 months with possible extension.

Description of Work:

Working under the leadership of the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager and Business Analysts in the delivery of IT and business artifacts, as well as data conversion activities.

As the ideal candidate you will have the following experience:

Mandatory:

-Proven ability to coordinate project resources under the direction of the Project Manager
-Experience in planning and executing complex projects with multidisciplinary teams, including work breakdown structures.
-Experience in project based financial management, cost estimation/control and risk identification, triage, assessment and management.
-A self motivated individual, capable of working with minimum supervision in a fast paced environment.
-Proactive in identifying the needs of the project and ability to overcome potential barriers, to operate and deliver under adverse conditions.
-Ability to prioritize issues is considered a vital requirement
-Communicates clearly, concisely and persuasively at all levels
-Experience with MS Project including tracking financials
-Ability to take detailed concise meeting minutes.
-Technical Skills: MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets
-High level of financial acumen

Desired:

-Experience with COTS implementations
-Experience with ERP software
-Experience with process mapping
-Ability to test data conversions
-Experience using SAP to acquire project financial information
