Our client is looking for an Junior Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a growing department.

The successful candidate will work to support initiatives which may include elicitation, analysis documentation, testing and implementation. Key assignments will include: Support improvement initiatives to processes and templates, including Project Management Reference Guide (PMRG) optimizations; Project Develop and Deliver Model (PDDM) improvements; and Project Management Maturity Assessment reporting Basic website layout/design of PMRG and/or other project portals Support for ongoing ticket resolution from the PMRG Other duties as required.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proficient in Google site design and creation
- Knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
- Knowledge and experience with delivering or configuring IT solutions
- Proficient in Visio, Microsoft, Google Suite of tools
- Ability to work with a team plus demonstrated ability to work independently and under tight time constraints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of processes and changes
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Experience working on process improvement projects
- Experience in analysing business requirements and creating business process models
- Knowledge and experience with html scripts


- Experience with Tableau
- Knowledge and experience working in construction industry
- Webdesign would be a plus
- Experience writing or reviewing content related to project management practices
