Are you a Civil Project Manager with knowledge in heavy industrial equipment? Do you have experience with infrastructure projects? This role is for you! We are looking for a Civil Project Manager to join the team in the Hamilton area.

As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

-Managing multiple projects leading the coordination/production of preliminary and detailed design drawings and preparation of related reports, coordination of approvals, development of construction cost estimates, sub-consultants, contractors and liaising with clients
-All required permitting including building, environmental and jurisdictional
-Designing, drafting and revision control of project in accordance with proposal and client
-Tendering, contract awards and contract management
-Plan, schedule, strategize and oversee all construction activities while continually maintaining the building code requirements

As a qualified Civil Project Manager, you meet the following qualifications:

-5+ years of Civil Project Management experience in an industrial environment
-Degree in Civil Engineering
-Knowledge of heavy industrial equipment
-Experience in estimating, planning approval processes
-Must be able to read and produce site plans and specifications
-AutoCAD and MS Project experience is a must
-Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
-Experience with infrastructure projects is a must
-Knowledge of the Environmental Civil regulations
