Our client in London is looking to hire a Project Manager with experience in Construction. Our client serves the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will oversee each project from conception to completion and work directly with clients.

Job Responsibilities:
• Understand project vision by working with the client from start to end of each project
• Prepares detailed budget/estimates and submit estimates to clients
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
• Collaborate with the architect and construction crew to ensure feasibility of each project
• Adjust budgetary objectives and project constraints based on financial analysis
• Oversee the beginning of each project, including details like securing permits and design evaluations, scheduling, quality and cost control
• Ensure quality and schedules are maintained through site inspections

Job Requirements:
• 5 years’ experience in construction project management
• Degree/Diploma in a related field
• Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings and plan sets
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment in addition to managing budgets for projects
• Understanding of construction terms, scheduling, planning and cost control / budgets
• Advanced time management, organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Ability to work well with others and lead team
• Experience using Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Project
• AutoCAD knowledge considered an asset
