Project Manager - Integrated Design
On behalf of our Engineering Consulting client in the London area Randstad Engineering is sourcing for a Project Manager for the Integrated Design Team with experience in a variety of sectors and technical services.
The focus of this role is to service public and private clients across Ontario, where there are a variety of current and future infrastructure servicing, land development and traffic/transportation projects at various stages of development.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Project Manager Requirements:
•PMP - Project Management Certificate or related training is an asset
•Structural or Architectural Diploma or related Education
•3 Years of Experience as a Project Manager in Consulting Firm
•Strong experience managing and facilitating clients, budgets and time constraints for projects
•Portfolio of related Consulting Projects
•Knowledge of drawing set-up and production
•Familiar with AutoCAD and REVIT design techniques is an asset
•Accurate knowledge of provincial and municipal review processes
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Details:
•Coordination of preliminary design drawings and preparing related reports for project proposals
•Developing construction cost estimates and liaising with clients
•Leadership and mentoring to junior staff to ensure design standards are met
•Project management and design responsibility of assigned projects surrounding London for commercial, industrial and agricultural structures
