Our client, a pump manufacturer in Oakville, has partnered with Randstad Engineering in their search for a Project Manager to join their team! As a Project Manager, you would be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects.

Specific responsibilities would include:
- Responsible to create, maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget.
- Continuously monitor and follow up to ensure timely product delivery, expedite and/or coordinate other administrative aspects of the sale.
- Maintain a well-organized, accurate and current record of the progression of assigned projects.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage the relationship with the customer and all relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Ensure compilation of submittal/shop drawing package and contract review.
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries for projects.

As a qualified candidate, you meet the following requirements:
- 3+ years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment
- PMP Certification
- Experience in the pump industry would be ideal
- Proficient in SAP
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
