Retail! Restaurants! Our rapidly growing client in Richmond Hill is looking for a strong Project Manager to join their team.

The ideal individual will come with experience from the retail or restaurant sector and the following attributes...
2+ years of experience with A-Z construction project ideally in restaurant or retail industry
understanding and practice of formal project management methodology
able to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
knowledge of restaurant building and operation codes
easygoing, casual demeanour
quick and independent learner
self-starter and able to fully own their projects
must be comfortable asking for help when you need it
could consider a strong coordinator who is ready for their next step
Mandarin/Cantonese speaker is an asset
must be flexible to work some weekends and evenings as needed
In this position, you will be responsible for...
A-Z management of greenfield, retrofit and renovation projects - primarily in quick service restaurants
duplication of process and consistency
managing changing priorities on multiple projects simultaneously
managing General Contractor relationship and getting involved with subcontractors when necessary
30% travel across Canada and some international travel - must have a valid passport
