Randstad is currently searching for a Project Office Administrator for an assignment to begin immediately in Gatineau, Quebec. Are you interested in gaining valuable experience in managing and coordinating travel accommodations and schedules for a Director’s office? This Project Office Administrator position is a great opportunity for a highly organized and reliable person who has a passion for detail-oriented work. We are looking for someone who is able to comprehensively maintain multiple schedules and coordinate meetings for a team of people.

Location: Gatineau, Quebec

What is included in this opportunity?
• $15/hr to $18/hr, based on experience
• Location is accessible by public bus transit system
• Predictable shift hours

We are looking for someone who lives in or near Gatineau, Quebec who is able to start immediately and work 32 hours per week on average, 8am to 4pm, until the end of December 2018.
Applicant must at least 1 year experience working with Microsoft Office, WebCIMS software, HRG/STS software, CIDMs/RDIMs or GCDocs software.

Applicant must have the following requirements:
• Secondary school diploma, higher education focused on business administration considered an asset
• At least 1 year experience working with the Federal Government’s HRG travel management software
• At least 1 year experience managing and maintain schedules and calendars in an office at a Director’s level

If selected, your daily responsibilities would include:
• Coordinating and prioritizing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements on a daily basis for your entire team
• Writing and sending off emails on behalf of the Director’s office to both internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring and confirming expenses made by the Director’s office
• Filing, archiving, and copying important documents
• Taking charge of project teams that maintain and fix any administrative issues
