Our client in Richmond, BC is looking for a skilled junior Project Coordinator to assist in there growing and well established organization.

The purpose of the Project Coordinator position is to coordinate the installation and/or service related activities for Radius Security systems. More specifically, the role works with sales to receive orders, coordinates product assembly with Manufacturing, schedules technicians for installation services with customers, and finalizes billing.

The Path (key areas of accountability):
• Collaborate with the entire Radius operations and sales team to finalize the design and scope of work for new installation jobs.
• Create work orders, purchase orders, service tickets for installation and service jobs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure product will be assembled in accordance with project schedule
• Coordinate with customer to schedule and deploy technicians to site for installation or servicing
• Coordinates with third party suppliers and subcontractors for installation support.
• Issue invoices for completed installations and services rendered and process technician timecards for completed hours worked.
• Coordinate decommissioning and cancellation of accounts
• Participate in security incident investigations
• Preparing travel arrangements as required.
• Performs other duties as required

The People
 This person reports directly to the, Installation and Service Supervisor
 Key internal interactions: Sales, Operations, Technicians, Monitoring Station, Purchasing Department, Finance Department, and the Executive Team across Canada and the US.
 Key external interactions: Customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and third party service providers

- M-F position 8am-430pm. Full-time permanent.
- Benefits after 3 month probationary period.

Hard Skills
• At least 1 year prior experience as a project coordinator or administrator in a similar role is an asset.
• Completion of Grade 12 is required. Higher education is an asset.
• Proficient command of the English language is required
• Proficient computer skills is required
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a required

• Strong organizational skills to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and with good follow-through
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
