Are you an experienced Property Administrator or Property Manager that has worked with multiple properties in the past. Are you looking for a position that is located centrally in Toronto. Do you thrive in dealing with tenants and trades. If you said yes to all the above, this might be just the position for you!

This role is at one of our clients in the property management and building business. They own and manage multiple residential and commercial properties. You will be taking care of the commercial and industrial side of their business. The office is located at Keele and Sheppard. However, occasionally you might have to drive to one of their properties across the city to take care of business. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Handling tenant complains
- Collecting rent
- Coordinating construction
- Coordinating with tenants about chargebacks
- Reviewing leases
- Ensuring utilities are transferred from previous tenants
- Managing annual property inspections
- Attend job cost meetings
- Co-ordinate releases of letters of credit
- Issue Purchase orders as required

- Regular office hours of Monday – Friday: 8 am – 4 pm
- 2 weeks’ vacation (3 weeks after 5 years)
