Our client in North York, an industry leader in property management and development, is currently seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join their team in a permanent capacity.

This is a multifaceted position, where everyday is a little bit different. This role is customer facing, as you will be showing potential buyers/tenants available spaces. You will be responsible for collecting condo fees and other fees as required. A strong mathematical aptitude is required, in addition to collecting fees, you will also be responsible for paying contractors, and maintenance staff if needed.

Using your exceptional organizational skills, it will be your responsibility to track tenant complaints and make arrangements to have them taken care of. From arranging for repairs or maintenance, to lawn care, to general upkeep, a large portion of this position is arranging to have the properties properly maintained.

Reporting to the Property Manager, your role is essential in the running of a successful property management company! This company is a leader in the industry, and offers lots of perks!
