    Duties & Responsibilities:• Receiving and reviewing material documentation and updating material tracker.• Arranging shipment of material to job sites/locations as requested by project managers.• Maintain a listing of surplus materials and temporary equipment.• Document control for project files given to the contractor to ensure the correct version is provided as well as to file documents generated by the project.• Meeting minutes and tracking of action items and other project requirements supporting project managers.• Working with Quality and controls governance team to support project managers in areas of material quality, cost and schedule control, forecasting, gating controls and contract specs.MUST HAVE qualifications:-Post secondary education, i.e. CET or science background.-Proficiency in office products including word, excel, powerpoint.-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.-Effective interpersonal skills.-Planning, organizational, problem solving skillsNICE TO HAVE qualifications:-EIT.-project management training,-pipeline or construction experience,-knowledge of pipeline materials or station equipment.-Knowledge and experience with procurement, pricing strategies, bid evaluation, cost and scheduling controls.-Multi-year project management experience relating to field operations, construction, pipeline/station design and planning.Please send your resume in confidence to paul.dusome@randstad.caRandstad Professionals CanadaRandstad Canada is committed to building a diverse workforce reflective of the diversity of Canada.
