A world recognized heavy equipment parts distributor is looking for a Quality and Claims Coordinator to join their AMAZING team! Here are the day to day responsibilities:

. Respond to customer inquiries and calls for quotes, rates, and technical issues. |
. Process requests within tight timelines (take request, research, provide quote)
. Resolve any and all customer service issues
. Research technical or quality issues with products and provide customer with a resolution.
. Process Warranty claims and review damaged products
. Client management and relationship building
. Work closely with Quality, Customer Service, Claims departments

75% Office
25% Warehouse (Parts inspection, may have to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally)

Qualifications
. Must have worked with, sold, serviced, or provided customer support for heavy machinery such as forklifts, aerial lifts etc.
. Needs to have an extensive knowledge of the mechanics of the machines
. Excellent communication both verbal and written
. Ability to work within a team environment
. Dependable, loyal, and driven
. Strong personality
. Ability to work in a team environment
