Quality Engineer
On behalf of our client, the world’s leading supplier of lightweight metal casting solutions for the automotive industry. Randstad is recruiting for a Quality Engineer with Automotive Industry background, strong PPAP and Continuous Improvement Experience.

Quality Engineer Requirements:
•Certified Quality Engineer or Certified Quality Auditor an asset
•University Degree in Engineering is required
•3 to 5 Years in Quality for a Manufacturing Environment
•Experience managing an ISO26262 / TS 16949 / IATF 16949
•Recent Automotive experience related to Quality
•Experience with FMEA’s, DOE, PPAP and Quality systems
•Internal auditing experience to ensure internal conformance
•External auditing experience with suppliers and supplier development
•Experience actively participating in APQP process
•Champion for continuous improvement practices in the plant
•Work closely with customers/suppliers, ensuring concerns are addresses positively
•Travel to customer locations in Canada + US as needed
