Our client, one of the largest financial services organizations in Canada is hiring a Real Estate Assistant for a 7 month contract with long term potential.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the IWMS/Tririga software application to ensure that projects and drawing integrity are maintained in order to provide accurate information and meet the needs of Canada CRE
• Develop adhoc reporting and support the development of space utilization management reporting for CRE leadership as required
• Process monthly rental chargeback allocations for Head Office locations which are reviewed and approved by the various BU finance representatives
• Prepare rental packages for the budgeting process and respond to any rental inquiries
• Ensure that all rental and statistical information is properly captured and provided for the purpose of budgeting, processing chargebacks, benchmarking, quarterly reporting and space analysis
• Analyze statistical results and create ad-hoc reports upon request
• Creation and maintenance of Quarterly Benchmarking Reports required by management team Key Differentiator
• Experience with Tririga, AutoCAD systems
• Responding quickly to BU requests, and ability to adapt and re-prioritize towards key CRE projects when required
• Create output documents and reports to meet end user requirements • Influencing and negotiating with others to meet project deadlines
