Position: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Salary: $ 35,000- $ 40,000 / year + benefits
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Schedule: 8H-17 (Mon-Fri)
Location: Ville Saint Laurent

Your tasks will include:
- Greet guests
- Answer calls and transfer them to corresponding person in question
- Internal and external mail management
- Prepare purchase orders
- Take charge of administrative tasks such as accounts payables for the controller
- Prepare and distribute reports using accounting software (E21)

- Bilingualism (Stronger French with Intermediate English spoken)
- Have worked at least 1-2 years as a receptionist
- MS Office + E21 (an asset)
